Industry Conversations
Across several Web3 projects, I organized and hosted industry conversations that brought together founders, builders, and communities to discuss emerging trends across DeFi, infrastructure, and ecosystem growth. These discussions created opportunities for projects to explain their products, share ideas, and reach audiences beyond their immediate communities.

Challenge
Many Web3 projects struggle with discoverability outside their own communities. Even strong products often remain unknown to wider audiences, and announcements alone rarely create meaningful engagement. Founders and builders need platforms where they can explain their ideas and interact directly with the communities they are building for.
The challenge was to create conversations that felt valuable for both speakers and listeners while helping projects gain broader visibility.
Results
The conversations created opportunities for projects to engage directly with audiences interested in emerging technologies and ecosystem developments.
These sessions brought together teams across different ecosystems, including projects such as Rarible, Blum, Polyhedra, Linea, and Mode Network.
In total, the series included 40+ Spaces and podcast discussions, reaching 280K+ listeners across the Web3 ecosystem.

Process
I designed and hosted structured industry conversations that focused on meaningful discussion rather than promotional announcements.
Each session began with identifying topics that were already relevant within the ecosystem, allowing the conversations to feel timely and useful for listeners. I then reached out to founders, builders, and ecosystem contributors whose perspectives could bring depth to the discussion.
Once guests were confirmed, I prepared conversation outlines and guiding questions to ensure the discussions remained engaging and informative. During the sessions, I moderated the conversations, encouraged audience participation, and created space for guests to share insights from their works and experiences.
This approach helped transform each session into a valuable exchange of ideas while naturally introducing the projects involved to new audiences.

Conclusion
Most projects treat X Spaces and Podcasts as a content checkbox, something to fill the calendar. I treated them as a relationship engine. The 40+ sessions I organized have consistently proven that the right conversation, with the right guest, structured around the right topic, creates value that outlasts the recording.
