VS1
VS1 (previously Arena Games) is an XRPL-based RWA platform focused on tokenizing real-world assets and building new yield opportunities on-chain. I joined the team early when the project was still Arena Games and later supported its transition through multiple iterations, including the rebrand to VS1. My work focused on strengthening distribution, ecosystem visibility, and industry conversations around the product.

Challenge
The project had a strong technical foundation but limited visibility outside its immediate community. Messaging was still evolving as the product shifted direction, and there was no clear structure for consistent ecosystem engagement. The challenge was to strengthen the project’s narrative and create more opportunities for discovery across more communities.
Impacts
Clearer messaging and consistent distribution improved how the project was understood across Web3 communities.
Industry conversations created new opportunities for discovery, leading to 40+ Spaces and podcast discussions with founders, builders, and ecosystem participants.
More structured distribution and ecosystem engagement helped expand the project’s audience, reaching 200K+ followers across X.

What I Did
I took ownership of the project's social presence and community channels, building a system that kept the audience informed and engaged while growing the project's reach across the ecosystem.
Managed the X account with a consistent content cadence including product updates, ecosystem news, and community-facing content that adapted with each phase of the project
Moderated and grew Telegram and Discord communities maintaining quality conversation as member counts scaled and the project's direction evolved
Organized and hosted 40+ X Spaces and Podcasts featuring guests from across the Web3 ecosystem, positioning the project as a hub for industry dialogue
Identified and facilitated 25+ ecosystem partnerships to expand the project's reach into new communities
Designed branded materials for DeGameFi / DGFI ( Arena Games/VS1 annual conference) including team shirts, tote bags, and visual assets

Conclusion
I joined when the project was still Arena Games. Through two pivots and three brand identities, I grew the audience from 30K to 200K+ and built a 350K+ member community. The work proves that consistent systems outlast hype cycles, even when the narrative changes underneath you.
